Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cheques, but only on telephone orders, which should be made payable to David Hall Goldsmith and sent to: 86 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 1HB

Opening Hours

Our Shop is open from 9.30am - 5pm Monday - Saturday. An answering service is available at all other times on telephone no. 0191 2855616. Just leave a telephone number or e-mail address and we will get back to you ASAP. During opening hours ring 0191 2131864.

Delivery

UK delivery is FREE. You will know if a product is available when viewing the details of that product. It will tell you if we have the product in stock or how long we expect it to be before it becomes available. We cannot, unfortunately, guarantee an exact delivery date. As you will have noticed we use Royal Mail for our deliveries and all items are insured by us.

Descriptions

We have endeavoured to make our descriptions, measurements, colours and prices correct. We will keep our website updated on an on going basis to ensure the customer is kept informed of any changes as and when they happen. All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

Cancellations

UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a "cooling off" period. If you wish to cancel for any reason, you have seven clear working days to let us know. If you wish to cancel under this provision, please e-mail us at info@davidhallgs.fsbusiness.co.uk and title your email Cancellation. We will refund your payment on return of the item concerned (see Returns on how to return the item). The seven days start when the goods are delivered.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item and delivery to the purchaser. Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items, which have been opened and used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
